Biologics Modular announced that they have entered into an agreement with MEI Healthcare Capital to provide a leasing program for cleanrooms and manufacturing facilities. This new program will allow both small and large companies to lease the facilities needed to produce FDA regulated material.

“Traditional facility building processes burn through millions of capital dollars and years of potential manufacturing time,” said Clark H. Byrum, Jr., President and CEO of Biologics Modular. “The current business model for drug manufacturing companies is changing, and as we see more offsite research and development, there is a growing need for affordable quality facilities. The new initiative is intended to allow research park companies to innovate more quickly without draining their capital.”

This program was created to meet the specific capital structure needs of Biologics Modular’s current and potential clients. This new arrangement will allow all innovation models to have an equal opportunity to access CGMP compliant manufacturing facilities at an affordable price.
