Clean Air Technology is a design/build cleanroom contractor and manufacturer for modular cleanrooms, clean/dryrooms and controlled environments. We fabricate custom air handling units, ductwork, specialty components and self-supporting, load bearing walls, and roof panels. Our factory trained staff installs these components. This gives our clients full service and complete, single source accountability.
WHISPERQUIET® Air Handlers WHISPERQUIET® Air handlers are custom built for each cleanroom application. These range from simple recirculating blower cabinets to HVAC air handling units with cooling and heating coils and proportional control. Air Handlers are heavy- duty units designed for continuous quiet operation and durable efficient performance in cleanroom environments and other demanding applications. Air Handling Units are insulated internally or externally as required, and feature double drive belts, 2 and 3 stage, easy change pre-filter systems, stainless steel drain pans and gasketed, multi-hinged access doors. All air handlers are available with VFD RPM control. CFM ranges from 1,000 to 25,000 CFM with static pressure range to 4 in. H20. | The Modular Cleanroom Envelope Clean Air Technology, Inc. specializes in modular cleanrooms and high performance, continuous duty air handlers designed for close tolerance of critical process environments. Construction projects frequently produce undesirable effects of noise, construction debris, vibration and other site disruptive activities. These can be minimized or eliminated by utilizing modular cleanroom components. Factory fabricated, load-bearing walls and deck panels are delivered to the jobsite to reduce the installation time required. Unlike in-plant office kits, Clean Air Technology’s modular panels consist of welded steel frames concealed by a mechanically bonded cleanroom grade finish. The double wall design offers structural integrity to enable relocation or modification, and they include the inherent capability of perimeter, low wall air return to complement air flow patterns and future cleanliness class upgrades. Utilities are mounted in the wall cavity to produce a flush, cleanable finish. The load bearing walls support modular, factory fabricated deck panels featuring welded steel frame construction to expedite installation, support the cleanroom ceiling, and enable placement of air handlers and mechanical equipment directly above the controlled environment. All modular cleanroom components are custom designed to various lengths, to meet your process requirements. |
