Why should I nominate a product, technology or facility?

In a fiercely competitive marketplace, it is important to focus on ways to set your business apart from the rest. Winning a Controlled Environments Experts’ Choice Award can benefit your company or organization in the following ways:

  • Being recognized by industry experts would position your company as a leader to current and prospective customers, as well as to your partners, employees, and competitors.

  • Third-party endorsement of your products or services is a valuable and credible way to promote your company and its offerings.
  • Award finalists are featured within the May 2007 issue of Controlled Environments Magazine, are listed on the Controlled Environments web site, and will receive a PR packet containing sample press releases, winner logos and other promotional tools.

  • Participation in this program is great morale booster for your employees, providing an opportunity for their efforts to be formally recognized.

  • Preparing the nomination packet allows organizations to review their goals and objectives, providing an objective measuring stick with which to evaluate future growth.

How will the winners be selected?

Judges will be selected by Controlled Environments Magazine and may include experts and industry leaders from manufacturers, equipment suppliers, consultants, universities, and others as Controlled Environments Magazine may deem appropriate.

Judging criteria include, but are not limited to: quality, design, value, and usability.

Awards are based on the panel’s judgment, not on votes. The panel reserves the right not to award a winner in every category. At the panel’s discretion, submissions not selected as a finalist may be recognized for special merit awards.

All decisions are final, but products, technologies, and facilities may be renominated next year if they still meet the eligibility requirements.
