Dr.Isabel Escobar is an associate professor in the Department of Chemical and Environmental Engineering at the University of Toledo,Ohio. She received her Ph.D.degree in Environmental Engineering from the University of Central Florida.She is the Chair of the American Water Works Association (AWWA) Membrane Technology Research (MTR) Committee and chaired the 2006 AWWA Desalination Symposium and the 2007 North American Membrane Society (NAMS) Annual Conference.She can be reached at IEscoba@UTNet.UToledo.Edu.
