Hauping Wang is manager of the Technology Characterization Laboratory in the Microenvironments (ME) Division of Entegris located in Chaska, MN, USA. His laboratory is responsible for characterizing the physical, electrical, thermal, and contamination properties of Entegris ME products and associated technologies. Wang received a MS in mechanical engineering from the Particle Technology Laboratory at the University of Minnesota.
