If you haven’t been to Controlled Environments Magazine’s (CEmag.us) website recently, take a few moments to see the new look. More than just a facelift, the new site has taken the wealth of information from the articles in the magazine and e-newsletter as well as other special content and put it into a simplified format. We are excited to present the new website design in an easy-to-use, easy-to-navigate fashion—and access to the content is still free.

While the search function is always a nice way to unearth information, the cemag.us homepage gives you a clear and straightforward starting point to see what’s on the pages beneath. The content of the site resides under easy to find tabs listing main areas of information:

  • Cleanroom Design
  • Equipment
  • Consumables
  • Life Sciences
  • Microelectronics

Each of these topic areas has a drop down menu of sub-areas where all the articles pertaining to the topic are listed. If you are interested in looking at the articles and columns on contamination control for example, just go to the Life Sciences tab, click on contamination control, and over 30 articles and columns related to contamination control, standards, and detection in cleanroom facilities are listed.

See what your colleagues are reading… the Most Read, Most Emailed, and Most Recent tabs give you a quick peek into what’s new and interesting on the site. The Top Stories section puts the latest articles just a quick click away to the full text.

Also be sure to see the exciting changes to the online Buyer’s Guide—new Microsites and Request a Quote features. The Microsites on cemag.us showcase individual vendors who have uploaded product information, catalogs, and videos to give potential buyers a sampling of products and services available. The “Request a Quote” option helps you find the type of product you are looking for, click on the red “Request a Quote” button, fill in some basic information, and send your inquiry off. It’s a painless way to get the shopping for a new piece of equipment underway.

Another exciting feature is the “Tips” tab, here you will find helpful cleanroom and management tips such as Designing and Building a Cleanroom; Cleaning Protocol Training; Converting from an Uncontrolled Space to a Cleanroom; and Choosing a Green Fume Exhaust System. Management tips on Coaching Steps to Improve Employee Performance; How to Listen to New Ideas; or Five Ways to Turn Angry Clients into Happy Ones, just to name a few.

The re-design of cemag.us furthers the commitment of Controlled Environments Magazine® to providing the most current information, resources, and products to design, equip, and operate today’s cleanroom facilities.

Visit cemag.us today and see how staying up to date just got easier!
